About
David is an 18 handicap who has been a member since 2015 and plays with the kind of freedom that only an 18 handicap can truly enjoy. Has a top 5 this season, which at an 18 index is either a great day or a very generous scoring format — and honestly, who cares which one. He showed up, competed, and cashed. That's the Summer Tour.
