Joel has been a Summer Tour member since the founding year in 2005. On any given week, you genuinely don't know which version shows up — the guy who birdies three of the last five holes to cash, or the one who hands out doubles like they're free. Sharp short game when he's locked in. A complete mystery when he's not. Either way, he's been doing it for over 20 years and somehow keeps cashing.
